The rental process is quite simple, however in order to eliminate any confusion, we have outlined the reservation and rental process step-by-step so that our customers may acheive a streamlined experience when renting equipment for their event!

- REVIEW EQUIPMENT & PRICE LIST:
Review the price list on this website and determine what type of equipment you need for your event. If you have any questions, please contact Celebrations during office hours.
- REQUEST RESERVATION:
After you have decided which equipment you need to rent, you will need to request a reservation for the equipment. Although reservations are not required, we advise all customers to reserve in advance in order to ensure your rental. You may use the "RESERVATION REQUEST FORM" provided at the bottom of this section at your convenience, or call (510) 887-0727 during office hours. If you are using the online form, make sure to provide all required information, expecially if it is a delivery request. For online reservation requests, a confirmation notice or call will be provided to you within 48 hours of submission. Please note that for same-day or next-day rental requests, you must place your reservation over the phone for immediate service.
- PAYMENT:
Celebrations accepts MasterCard, Visa and cash. If paying by credit card and the cardholder is not the Lesee or will not be present to sign the credit card receipts, a credit card authorization form (pls see POLICY to print form) and additional requirements must be completed. Checks will only be accepted from pre-authorized accounts (eg: Companies, school districts, etc) or if submitted 14 days from the rental date .Payment on the rental must be received on or before the rental date. Most delivery rentals will require an advance deposit and the remaining balance may be paid when the equipment is delivered. Pre-authorized accounts may pay after the rental date.
- GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION:
In order to guarantee your reservation, you must remit payment or provide a deposit BEFORE the rental date. You may provide credit card information over the phone and/or visit our office to provide us with the payment. Please see POLICY section for further details.
- CHANGES TO RESERVATION:
Once your reservation has been placed, you may add (subject to availability) or remove equipment from your order (with exception to special orders), however once you have picked-up and/or the equipment has been delivered, you cannot remove equipment from your rental even if you have decided not to use them. Changes may be made on delivery and pick-up rentals (subject to the same cancellation policy) up to 12pm on the business day before the rental is due out.
